IN GENERAL
- Set a GOOD EXAMPLE and be a GOOD LEADER
- Don’t talk when Mr. Dee is talking
- Be WILLING TO LEARN & WILLING TO TRY
- Have GOOD EYES to WATCH & PAY ATTENTION
- Have GOOD EARS to LISTEN to all instructions
- Be SUPPORTIVE and ENCOUARGE others
- KEEP TRYING (even if you don’t get it at first)
- Try to IMPROVE a little each day
- Get yourself INVOLVED in all of the class activities
- Always demonstrate GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP & COOPERATION
- ASK QUESTIONS if you don’t understand something
- HAVE FUN but don’t mess around
RESPONSIBILITY
- Your PE GRADE is not based just on running fast, a lot of it is on your EFFORT & RESPONSIBILITY
- WORK HARD to earn the grade you want each day
- DRESS EVERYDAY in your own PE clothes with your SHIRT TUCKED IN and SHOES TIED
- Keep up with your PE NOTEBOOK and bring it everyday that it is required
- STUDY for the quizzes and tests
- Complete all your homework and assignments ON TIME
- Use the CLASS WEBPAGE to check your grade
- Do not chew gum in class
- If you are sick or injured, BRING
A NOTE from a parent/doctor and COMMUNICATE with Mr. Dee
PARTICIPATION
- Separate from your friends (unless they push you to do better) so you can participate at YOUR BEST
- Use the CORRECT FORM on exercises and stretches so you improve and so you don’t hurt yourself
- Never walk & talk during the running
- During the runs, always run as long as you can before you start walking
- If you really need to walk during the runs, only walk where it is allowed
- If you are walking, only walk at a fast (power walk) pace and walk
for as little as you need
