RESPONSIBILITY

- Your PE GRADE is not based just on running fast, a lot of it is on your EFFORT & RESPONSIBILITY

- WORK HARD to earn the grade you want each day

- DRESS EVERYDAY in your own PE clothes with your SHIRT TUCKED IN and SHOES TIED

- Keep up with your PE NOTEBOOK and bring it everyday that it is required

PARTICIPATION

- Separate from your friends (unless they push you to do better) so you can participate at YOUR BEST

- Use the CORRECT FORM on exercises and stretches so you improve and so you don’t hurt yourself

- Never walk & talk during the running

- During the runs, always run as long as you can before you start walking

- If you really need to walk during the runs, only walk where it is allowed

- If you are walking, only walk at a fast (power walk) pace and walk for as little as you need
